Broken links (404, 410, 5xx or no answer), pages wider than the screen with the elements that stick out, broken images, tap targets under 24 px, a missing viewport tag and what the browser saw as visibly broken. Links that block robots (401, 403, 429) are listed apart.

What does a run cost?
